HELP YOURSELF TO JUSTICE

Here are just three of many reasons why so many victims of crime don’t open a criminal case:
“Nothing is going to come of it.”
“The police don’t care!”
“I am not going waste my time going to court every time they postpone the case.”  
What people don’t realize is that the police stations’ available resources are based on the number of cases opened in that particular area. Therefore, the less cases there are in a certain area, the less number of Investigating Officers are placed at that particular police station. 
It is important to not only understand the processes and resources required to convict a criminal, but that there is so much that you yourself can actually do to facilitate the conviction.
